I can’t say I’ve ever seen this plaque, but if I remember right TBAISD acquired the Parsons property in order to build the Career Tech Center…so that’s my best guess. 🙂
Good guess, but it’s a bit closer to the center of town. A major industrial center within six or so blocks from the town center….
