Ruggs Pond is formed by a dam originally intended to generate power for what Northern Michigan community? (Hint: it forms at the junction of two tributaries of Rapid River)

Rapid River, not Jordan River.
Whoops, our bad! Thanks for catching that, Mike!
I was informed about Rugg Pond as Mossback was a community nearby but Kalkaska was the recipient of hydroelectric power from Consumers Power ownership of the dam from Late 1920- late 1959?
Then the Traverse City Utility Co. Sold the dam and area to Kalkaska County for $1.00; transferring the “dam” thing to County ownership in perpetuity.
